When we come together as a community, we strengthen our ability and dedication to meaningfully improve the lives of our Long Island neighbors. In an effort to learn from and support each other, we are hosting our next Community Healthcare Conversation event, focused on Long Island.
We invite you to join us at noon ET on Tuesday, September 14th for a free, 45-minute event on how to build healthier communities on Long Island.
This interactive discussion will be led by Mother Cabrini Health Foundation Community Relations Director Ana J. Almanzar, and feature the Foundation’s Managing Director for Strategy and Evaluation, Dennis Johnson. Guest panelists will be Sol Marie Alfonso-Jones, Senior Program Officer of the Long Island Community Foundation, and two Mother Cabrini Health Foundation partners: Lori Andrade, Chief Operations Officer at Health & Welfare Council of Long Island, and Marc A. Soto, Executive Director of Pronto of Long Island.
