Building a Brighter Future for Generations of New Yorkers
We are pleased to share our latest Impact Report with you, which outlines our Foundation’s mission and our strategies to address the health and wellbeing of vulnerable New Yorkers. Within the report you’ll learn more about our grantmaking process and see the direct results of our grants on a statewide level.
This year, we awarded 514 grants totaling $172 million to support nonprofit organizations addressing community health needs and disparities across New York State. As we close out our fifth year as a Foundation, we’re honored to continue serving New York while being guided by the principles of our namesake Mother Frances Cabrini. From maintaining strong support for immigrant services to expanding grantmaking for mental health initiatives, we’re ensuring that each grant serves a purpose and meets the greatest needs of each community.
We hope you’ll take a moment to join us in reflecting on our progress thus far, and while we celebrate this momentous year, we look forward to creating new goals and striving for a healthier New York in the years to follow.
