This month we’re focusing on the communities of New York City and Central New York.

Join us at 12PM ET on July 13 for an NYC-focused conversation on: “Addressing Social Determinants of Health in the Midst of a Global Pandemic.” The interactive discussion will be led by Mother Cabrini Health Foundation Community Relations Director Ana J.
