Special needs refer to any physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral or other impairments that restrict an individual’s ability to function effectively (or at full capacity) in any aspect of life. Special needs are particularly challenging when present in households with severe financial limitations. We support programs that accomplish the following types of initiatives:
